Welcome to our April edition of the community newsletter! As always, our goal is to keep you informed and engaged with the latest happenings in our local area.

Some great proactive work has taken place this month…

Our neighbourhood proactive team spotted a car speeding and quickly stopped it, discovering drugs and the driver without a licence, no insurance, and driving under the influence of drugs. This followed another recent pursuit where the driver failed to stop for officers before crashing into a ditch and running off. However, Police Dog Bryn from the Northamptonshire Dog Section was nearby and came to the rescue, supporting officers to find property discarded from the vehicle right before the suspects popped out of hiding straight into waiting police officers.
