Residents in the Harborough district who have already subscribed to the council's garden waste collection service will receive an extra green bin collection in January.
Harborough District Council has agreed that green bins will be collected during the weeks commencing 9 and 16 January 2017 on the normal recycling collection day (when the blue-lidded recycling bin is collected).

Broughton Astley Parish Council has received an unqualified audit opinion on the Annual Return 2015/16 provided by the appointed external auditor Grant Thornton UK.
The Annual Return is open for inspection for 14 days from 29 September 2016 and can be viewed at the Parish Office between the hours of 9am to 1pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays
