Broughton Astley Village Hall offers a spacious main hall, as well as other smaller rooms to suit anniversaries, birthday parties, weddings or other special occasions. During the week we host a variety of fitness classes, social clubs and Broughton Astley Pre-School PlayStation.
This location is ideal for conferences, business training or larger events, with plenty of free parking and accessible from all major routes. The venue is large and airy, excellent for long business meetings where space and ventilation is key. We have meeting rooms for smaller events and a separate self-contained building called The Cottage.
Our accommodation suits all budgets while ensuring the same excellent facilities.
There are x 57 car parking spaces, including x 3 reserved disabled spaces.

Terms & Conditions of Hire
Damage Deposit
- A £150 cash only damage deposit is payable prior to any of the following functions: those that extend beyond 7.00 pm; those involving teenagers, and those where alcohol is to be consumed, to cover damage, extra cleaning costs and overstaying the booked time, refundable as appropriate.
- In the event of a cancellation, 21 days' notice must be given otherwise the booking deposit will be forfeited.
- No bookings can be extended beyond 11:30pm

Bouncy Castles
Summary: It is the responsibility of the hirer to make sure that public liability insurance is in place, especially if they are supervising the use of a bouncy castle, and not the supplier. Broughton Astley Parish Council does not provide any insurance for the use of bouncy castles and cannot accept any responsibility in the event of any accident.
Main Hall maximum bouncy castle size: 11 x 15 feet and placed so as not to block fire exits.
Alan Talbott Room maximum bouncy castle size: 8 x 8 feet and placed so as not to block fire exits.
We ask you to adhere to our rules regarding the use and insurance of bouncy castles. and you will be asked to sign the following document:
