The Main Hall and Stage
- A £150 cash only damage deposit is payable prior to any of the following functions: those that extend beyond 7.00 pm; those involving teenagers, and those where alcohol is to be consumed to cover damage, extra cleaning costs and overstaying the booked time, refundable as appropriate.
- In the event of a cancellation, 21 days' notice must be given otherwise the booking deposit will be forfeited.
- No bookings can be extended beyond 11.30pm
